Schooling at Blackdown Hills Cross CountryThe course is open for schooling 7 days a week during daylight hours subject to availability and by appointment. Please call to book before arrival. Riding on a cross country course is dangerous and all riders must be accompanied by an adult as there is no supervision by the staff at Blackdown Hills Cross Country. All riders must wear hats while mounted and must wear a body protector while riding on the cross country course. There is a course of show jumps on grass available to hire, depending on the weather and ground conditions, for £10 per rider per hour. The table below shows cross country schooling rates per
